  • Brother Rodney Stevens February 21, 1937 - September 11, 2018

     Rodney Phillip Stevens, 81, of Great Falls passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018.

    Per his request, no services are being held. His ashes will be buried in Fairfield Cemetery. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.

    Rodney was born on February 21, 1937 in Williamstown, Vermont to George and Addie (West) Stevens. After school, he joined the Air Force. He then went to work as a lineman with the utility company.

    He married Monida Beck and together they had six children.

    Rodney is survived by his wife, Monida of Great Falls; sons Rodney (Kathleen) Stevens of Seeley and Randy Stevens of Great Falls; daughters Suann (Randy) Williams, Cathy Henry, and Lila Goodau all of Great Falls; sisters Betty Phillips of Tucson, AZ and Addie "Dolly" Johnson of West Burke, VT; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

    He was preceded in death by his parents; son David; and granddaughter Britaney.
